A new ceramic tile flooring design, the first ever in the United States, is expected to save consumers more than $3,000 per square foot, according to new data from the American Ceramic Association.
The association said that, with prices dropping as demand for ceramic floorings grows, the price of the finished product will be $1,300 less per square-foot.
The American Ceramics Association is the industry’s largest trade association.
The American Cerament Association says its members are more than 100,000 people who buy ceramic floor and tile products from around the world.
The Association says that ceramic tile products are sold in more than 80 countries, including China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, and Russia.
The United States has the second-largest number of ceramic tile buyers, with more than 8 million.
